Two Step During April
modified: Join us this Wednesday as Jeff Sanchez teaches his
third week of Two Step lessons. Jeff’s
teaching ability allows all dancers to feel confident as he conveys the
essentials (and the extras) to the core dance of country music.

Sheli Schroeder teaches West Coast Swing
at theApril 18 dance
modified: Coming down from Wisconsin this Friday to teach West Coast Swing is
Sheli Schroeder, a national dance competitor and
one of the owners of the Milwaukee Rebels Club, which she co-founded in
1998. The Rebels Club is also where she teaches weekly West Coast Swing
lessons.
Sheli is currently competing on the National Swing Dance Circuit in
the Classic Swing division with her partner Mike Konkel. Sheli’s moves can be found on YouTube from
three events: The 2007
Dallas Dance Classic, the 2005
Liberty Swing Dance, and a clip with Mike Topel
from an unidentified event.

May 16: Friday. Swing ’n’
Country’s second annual Gently Used Clothing Sale is a little over a month away: May 16.
Dig out those dance clothes you haven’t worn in months. Boots and shoes are welcome too. Men, this includes you! If you think someone else would enjoy
wearing what would otherwise be sitting in your closet, bring it to the Gently
Used Clothing Sale. More details can be found in this flyer. Coordinators for this event are Judi Troemel
and Susie Kaplan.
