new: Swing ‘n’ Country Elections
We need you!! Elections for officers and the
board of directors of our club will occur soon and we are in the process of
preparing the ballot. This year we are electing Vice President,
Secretary and Treasurer and three full-term board members. Secretary and Treasurer serve for one year;
board members serve for two years. Because of recent
vacancies, we are also electing a fourth board member for a one-year term.
Please consider serving Swing ‘n’
Country by running for one of these positions. Board meetings occur
once per month usually on a Monday evening. Board members serve on one
or more committees and are expected to work at the registration desk several
times per year. Please contact any board
member for
information on the duties for each position. If you are interested,
please contact Roger via e-mail or telephone
(224-622-1223).
