·
Soleman Krebs began his dance career at the tender age of 4 when his
mother enrolled him in a tap dance class. He began competing at the age
of 8 and continued doing tap dancing until age 20.
·
Shortly after he turned twenty, Soleman became an instructor at the Fred
Astaire Dance Studio. He became certified as a Full Silver level
ballroom dance instructor. While social dancing at the Rush Nightclub,
Soleman saw the most amazing thing ever: a gentleman was dancing to
country music, while suddenly, mid-dance, he began moon walking.
Completely awestruck, Soleman realized that any dance where a person
could moonwalk was a dance that he wanted to do & Soleman ran up to the
Chicago dancer and discovered his new love in life.
·
Soleman wants to become one with music as well as with his partner; to
be able to have a conversation without speaking a word. On the dance
floor, he doesn't have a care in the world.
·
Soleman loves sharing his knowledge and love of dance. He teaches dance
to be as easy as possible and finds great joy in seeing his students
grow and share his love for all forms of dancing.
