Jimmy Mulligan is a certified Atlanta Dance Ballroom Instructor and is President of the Chicago Rebels Swing Dance Club.  In 1997 he was National Rising Star Showcase Champion, in 2001 he was U.S. Open Strictly Swing Champion, and in 2002 he was U.S. Grand National Jack and Jill Champion.  He has been Michigan Swing Dance Champion twice.  Jimmy has been dancing for twelve years and teaching West Coast Swing for the past eight years.  He is a member and coach of the 2004 U.S.Open Champion Midwest Rebels Swing Dance Team.  Jimmy is very happy and excited to be teaching for Swing N Country again.
